Mikro Ktima Titos
PGI Slopes of Paiko
The manual harvest of the local variety Negoska starts at the beginning of October. The crushed grapes are gently pressed, and their juice is drawn instantly and left to ferment in stainless steel tanks at 18 °C.
Negoska is a delightful rosé with a bright, pale pink colour and it is characterised by a vibrant and elegant nose of pink grapefruit, bergamot zest and red fruits such as wild strawberry, pomegranate and cranberry, all blended nicely with floral hints of jasmine.
In the mouth, this dry rosé has a refreshing acidity that together with its fruity character gives an opulently textured mouthfeel and a lively finish with some noticeable scents of white flowers, and citrus and red fruit flavours.
Enjoy it fresh during its youth.
