The manual harvest of the local variety Negoska starts at the beginning of October. The crushed grapes are gently pressed, and their juice is drawn instantly and left to ferment in stainless steel tanks at 18 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Negoska is a delightful ros\u00e9 with a bright, pale pink colour and it is characterised by a vibrant and elegant nose of pink grapefruit, bergamot zest and red fruits such as wild strawberry, pomegranate and cranberry, all blended nicely with floral hints of jasmine.<\/p>\n
